I initially thought dust had accumulated around the power button causing a poor connection, so I disassembled and cleaned it, but that didn’t fix the issue. After searching online, I found the article below which resolved the problem perfectly. By holding the power button for more than 10 seconds to discharge the residual power, the PC was able to power on again. Thank you, Dell official support!
