Note: When Attempting to Build Oracle RAC with 19c SE2
When using Oracle Universal Installer (OUI) or Oracle Database Upgrade Assistant (DBUA), [INS-35465] and [DBT-20011] errors are output. While many features remained usable even when unsupported in earlier versions, RAC itself appears to be completely impossible to configure.
[INS-35465] Standard Edition(SE) is not supported for this installation.
[DBT-20011] Oracle home xxxxxx is not enabled with RAC option.
